WMplayer will not load

Hi all,

I have an odd issue.
Wmplayer will not load. It will not load via shortcut, direct click on the program in the windows directory, or to play mp3 files.
I have done soft resets with no luck.
Anyone know of anything I can do aside from a hard reset?
Since it wont play, my phone no longer rings.

sounds like you may be at the hard reset point. you may find a .cab of wmp, you could reinstall. but that won't help your ringer problem. have you checked your ringer settings in sounds and notifications?

Yep, checked on ringers. It's a definate wmp issue since it wont even launch. I cant seem to find the cab since it's built in. Any idea where I can get it?
