Mogul Hang

My Mogul will sometimes hang at the Windows screen and not finish the start process after soft resets. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a big deal?

do you have alot of apps installed sometimes thats why it does that or because you have to many things running on your today screen and it has to load everything up
