If you have to have a computer there, why not just send the file over and print it?

I bought the $19 version of ActivePrint about a week ago. The guys don't seem to respond to support questions. Any pdf file seems to shut down ActivePint on the laptop/desktop and will not print. Other issues are that ActivePrint seems to have a problem too often of not being able to find the ActivePrint System Server and of not displaying all files in the ActivePrint file manager with WM 6. I have client version 5.5 and desktop version 5.6.1000.1.
