Text msgs

I am having issues with my txt msgs< i have the 3.56 rom. Everytime i go to drafts there is a msg that no suject no sender and you can not delete it, every time you go there the time on it changes to the time you are opening it at that moment. it will not let me delete it, when you hit delete nothing happens, but if there are other msgs in drafts i can delete them.

Phantom email or Ghost SMS, man I hate those. There are several applications to correct this that you can try. See the thread 1 unread message

i installed those programs and that did not work, now when I go into txt msg drafts you cant even open it, is there another way to get rid of it, i have even cleared all my msgs and that did not work

What rom version and carrier do you have? The fact that its in "drafts" suggests to me that perhaps it is a template file. When you choose to send a new message, it opens up a copy of this file for you to 'edit' and then send. Could be due to some feature that your carrier or rom version uses.

did you happen to restore a backup of old text messages? cause after i restored a backup i got the phantom message...couldn't get rid of it for the life of me...so i ended up reflashing and it went away.
