Titan -> Diamond?

Hi!
I recently read that there is a rom that can change Titan to Diamond!
Is it real?
Is it fully diamond rom?
Or just Titan's rom with some extra applications and skins?
I love diamond's effects and interface!

I would imagine that a Titan phone could imitate the aesthetical pleasures of the Diamond, but I think to fully emulate the functionality and features would be a much closer to impossible to pull off gracefully.

Again, not saying it can't or wouldn't. I just think that the software used by the Diamond probably would bog down the Titan, causing it to run slow.

But that's speculation.

But to stay on topic with the availablility of such a rom, I have no idea. I have seen some awesome and very promising looking diamond imitations and such.
