GPS hardware port

Always sets back to "none"
Ive seen several guides and they dont seem to be specific on whether the hardware, or program port has to be set to 4. When i set the software port to 4 however then use GPS viewer to do a scan it DOES find the GPS on port 4.

ANyhow lastly, no matter what i do, it never finds a satelite
it is cloudy but i figured it would still find SOMETHING eventualy. Should i be looking at my phone for the problem? Or can a cloudy day thoroughly kill GPS?

I've had nothing but problems trying to get my gps to work since the 6.1 rom came out, I used to get at least 7 satellites within a few seconds here in seattle, no matter what the weather is (which usually sucks, cause, its seattle) and now I can't get anything on the clearest, nicest day in the history of the state (95 F IN SEATTLE!). I don't think weather is the problem.
