Re: Has anyone used this?
I like the Motorola T505. http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/t505/
It uses A2DP BT, sounds good for a FM transmitter. The only problem I can see is if you have a lot of stations and can't find a good one. This little thing will search for the best station and set it for you. Its also a speakerphone with a mic. You can either have your calls go through the speakerphone or through your car stereo.

Re: Has anyone used this?
thanks, I've been wondering how well the t505 performs..
I have an OLD fm transmitter, and yes they will not sound as good as a direct or bluetooth connection. they have a very short range, and are easily overpowered by real stations. but, it does sound like your only option, so take your pick and try, but please do update us on which on you got and how well it works for you.

Re: Has anyone used this?
Open PIE and go to www.tuned.mobi
Click USA, and then type in the station's callsign. Nearly all stations in the US have online streaming, this site compiles them all together for easy searching, and optimizes them for PDAs. I listen to streamed radio via this site from the time I leave my house at 5 AM to the time I get home at 6 PM.

Re: Has anyone used this?
Looks interesting...I currently use a tape deck and the included adapter but the sound quality is very degraded so I wonder if using this would sound better.
