activesync 4.5 problems

I have the Mogul ppc 6800 for sprint, and I have been unable to use the ActiveSync 4.5. I get a message on my computer that it is having trouble setting up a directory on my computer. Please help me with being able to do this. I can't even get the comptuter to reconize that the phone is connected to the computer.

are you getting the (usb device is not recognized) error if you are try going to settings/connections/usb to pc and and if its checked uncheck it if that dont work more then likely you need to take it back and get another one we have so many post on this site about that same thing so just use the search button on top and you might find something that will help you out
