Bluetooth (in)Security

I am wondering how insecure having bluetooth on on our moguls is. With tools out there like bluetooth sniper and others, is it possible for someone to access our devices and read, write or transfer files/data?

Is there any precautions we can take with the 6800 to prevent or hinder such activities.

Thanks and sorry for the newbish question. I am new to the whole bluetooth thing. But being a Cali driver, hands free is the law.

Re: Bluetooth (in)Security

disable "discoverable" once you've finished pairing up your devices. Enable security. Don't turn on bt unless you're using it. Not much to worry about if you do the above.

Re: Bluetooth (in)Security

So do what I already did...

Uncheck make device visable

And select require passkey?
