Camera issue

Ok first off I bought my mogul used I have had it for about 3 weeks now. I wasn't and still am not that worried about the camera but if I can fix it great. So no matter what when I bring up the camera there is a light brown line straight across the screen. The line never goes away. Sometimes it isn't very noticeable but still there. Is there something broke inside or is there something thats turned on the camera? Please let me know because it is annoying. If not I will just have to deal with it. I will post a picture. Make sure you enlarge the picture

Re: Camera issue

this may be a long shot, and stupid but is it set on panoramic? where that bar allows you to line up next shot.

Re: Camera issue

I hate telling you this, especially as you bought it used, but your camera has failed. I used to own a Titian as well that did this and after some research online, including the HTC Wiki itself, it seems it's the most common way out there that the camera in the Titian fails.

Re: Camera issue

you could try installing the vogue camera cab and see if that fixes it. if not, its probably broken hardware.

Re: Camera issue

Well I tried that vogue camera a few days ago and it didn't help, so the camera is apparently bad. I know this may sound "shady" but what if I bought the sprint insurance. Then I waited for like 2 months and went in and said hey my camera is bad. Then wait another month or 2 and cancel the insurance. Would that be worth it if I got a new phone. Does anyone know how much the deductible or whatever its called would be?
