No caller ID

Ok, so I searched and went 10 pages back on the board before I posted this.

Every since I upgraded My vision plan to allow internet sharing my phone has stopped showing the caller ID.

Does anyone have an idea how to fixit? I've considered a hard reset but, would rather not if there is a fix I can do that doesn't require me reloading all of my programs.

Re: No caller ID

My thoughts exactly so on the 31st, if no one can help, I'll do a hard reset and hopefully that will clear it out.

I'd suggest to reverse what you did, if you can, to see if will it solve it before you hard reset.......If you haven't tried that already!

Re: No caller ID

I guess I can call sprint back and get my vision plan reduced. To see if that will work.
