Outlook/Exchange Sync

Hello all. Been a lurking here for a while and have gotten some great information. Recently, I rejoined the WM ranks after spending a few years with a BB.

I am using Outlook on my Mogul and have it set to sync with my companies Exchange 2007 server. In my desktop Outlook, I have several rules setup to automatically move emails from people to their corresponding folder.

All works well and those emails get moved to the appropriate folder on my PC and on my Mogul. My question, however, is does anyone know if there is a way to just "group" all of my unread emails on my Mogul? Currently, I have to scroll through all of my folders and subfolders to see which one has new email.
