Making CAB Files

I have xv6800 From Verizon. RUnning DCD 3.0.4. I lost some apps when I upgraded and wanted to know how to make CAB files for those apps from OEM Packages.

that might be a big task. Try and google them there should be cab files if they have oem packages for it.

You can use winCE Cab Manager to make and edit cab files it you wanted to go that route.
