specified module could not be found? Help!!

My Mogul on ROM 2.09 has crashed several times and I need help finding what is crashing it. The device will lockup and I will do a soft restart and when it loads I get “The specified module could not be found”. After it completes booting there are several problems, 1) Weather Panel no longer works. 2) The soft-button shortcuts have returned to the default setting 3) both FlexMail and Pocket Informant give this warning “Cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found” No other software gives this warning. 4) Several pieces of software loses there authorization and want there keys reentered. 5) Several pieces of software loose all there user settings altogether.

This seams to happen every five to ten days. I use Sprite backup to reload everything. I have done one complete reload when I upgraded the ROM, and have had this happen before and after. I don’t know were to start looking to find the problem. Any ideals ??

2.09 is the newest version which includes GSP. I did do this upgrade which did a hard reset and reloaded everything from there.
