I have sprint, this does not work for me. I used the MSL generator, got a code. I tried the code on my phone, says unlock failed. I entered my HEX ESN twice into the generator, get the same code.

It works if you cant use it call Sprint and tell them you need to change you SCI because your missing calls. It might take you talking to 1 or 2 different reps but they'll give you your MSL.

Just do a Google for Sprint MSL. Alltel uses 000000 on all of their phones...Sprint does too but a different 6 digit number.

I hadthe same problem too with the MSL code but found out that the ESN HEX is case specific meaning you have to have use capital letters when entering it into the MSL generator.
