Soft Key Problem

I recently installed AEB button manager. I used it to change the use of my left and right soft key.

The program worked as expected except for it took away the other uses in other programs.

Such as when in IE hitting the left soft key does not go back, instead it opens the program assigned to it.

The same when sending a sms.

Any other programs that would allow me to change the today screen soft keys yet not take away the uses in other programs?
