whats the best radio for the mogul?

I have seen differant posts about new radio signal out for the mogul.I currently am running 3.35.04 and was wondering what is the best out right now and do I have to flash a rom to get it or just the updated radio. Sorry for the noob question as I am learning something new everyday and thanks for all your help as I have learned alot from ppcgeeks.

The one that works best for you. I know that is not an answer that you were looking for, but the deal is that different people have different results with the various radios that are available. If you are happy with your phone, signal strength, GPS lock results then you should probably stick with what you have for now. Or, you can test out the newer radios that are out there and see if it improves any of those things. Probably the best answer you will get outside of lots of conflicting personal testimony. Bump is not the answer, as previous post said it good. If you read you will see every one has an different view. You can only answer for yourself by trying the radios for yourself. Bumping like you do will get you no where.

Since there is a new Sprint ROM coming again, I would say that it is worth going to the 3.39 radio. I have used this for a few days now, battery life is good and GPS lock is the same for me as 3.35 which is fast. I use GPS Today and Live search, both work well with the 3.39 radio. My environmentals are listed below
