Won't vibrate when receiving a call

I've been running no2chem's ROM on my phone for a while now, and just today it stopped vibrating when I receive a call. If I put the phone in vibe+ring mode, it works, but when the Incoming Call notification is set to ring, and the phone profile itself is set to vibrate, nothing happend when receiving a call. It vibrates for texts, to tell me I missed a call, voicemails, etc...just no vibrate anymore when receiving a call. Anyone know why?
