just made the switch...
i just made the switch from verizon to sprint... so far i get better service at home and work.... the downsize that sprint customer service sux ***...
and gps starts right up and connects in seconds verizon for 5 months in a row keep dropping off my data plan. i kept getting bills from 800-1000 dollars a month... plus with my wife's work discount i get 21% off our sprint bill. *Please don't try and sell phones here, we have a section for that. Congrats though  *

Welcome! I have had pretty good luck with sprint, and the customer service varies from person to person, and all carriers aren't perfect. Anyways hope you enjoy your new phone!

But Sprint's customer service has seriously improved a lot lately, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Also, can you please remove that pic? Every time I look at how bad Verizon butchered that device, I want to puke *laughs*
