Volume Adjustment

Is there any app or tweeks that would let a person be able to adjust the volume on the ear piece on the HTC home page app. It would be nice if to be able adjust the volume instead of having to use the styles while talking on the phone. I dont have any problem hearing the person at all. It just would be nice for a easier way to do that.

Use the dial on the side of the phone while in a call.

Any easy way to adjust the system volume if you're not on a call? I don't want to pull out my stylus to tap on the volume icon in the menu bar. I'd like something where I can just tap with my finger. Thoughts?
