I use a program called Magicall you can find it and some info about it HERE.
I have tried a few different app and this one worked best. Get the Cab File Here.
It can block calls and txt messages, and all other calls.

Spb PhoneSuite also allows you to block people from the "blacklist" you create or only allows people on your contacts to get through. Magicall looks good, haven't tried it out before.

Will MagicCall allow you to only allow certain numbers to come in? I like having an emergency list so only certain people can call me when im sleeping. SPB Suite does that but it allows text messages through which wakes me up.

I've been reading about these programs but never before thought to ask... Which of these programs do any of you know for certain will actually block the caller immediately (as to not give the caller the notion that he/she has just been a rejected caller?)
