Greyed out today wallpaper

Hows it goin guys...so last night I go to change my wallpaper and it became all greyed out and pixelated. Now whatever wallpaper I use I get the same thibg. Whats goin on? BTW posting this from skyfire...its pretty slick

this bugged me for a while as well.
use Resco Explorer, browse to your pic file.. Open it, then click save as 'home screen'.
you will then be asked to adjust the transparency..... thats your ticket right there.

If you bring up the Picture using the Pictures app that comes with Windows mobile it also allows you to adjust the transparency.
