One drop of water killed my Mogul
 

OOOOO my GOD life now sucks. So while I was at work I had a little bit of water spill t on the side of me and like a drop slide down the side of my phone and the whole thing just started blinking and then cut off and now all i can say is R.I.P. to my mogul. and i actually shed a tear. So now life REALLY SUCKSSSSSSSSSSssssss

that would be way to long to wait im calling sprint first thing in the morning and cashing in on my insurance cause i fell lonely already

The same thing happeded to me i had a drop spill on my mogul and it started acting wierd at first it wouldnt come on. i charged it over night and it came on but it wasnt working right all of the buttons on the front of the phone wouldnt work but if i used the keyboard it worked fine i took my battery off and the stickers where still white so i took it in a store and they looked at it but couldnt find out what was wrong so the gave me a new one no charge see if your stickers turned colors if not they might swap it out if you have both ins. and just tell them it stoped working and save your $50

um might be a dumb question but any one know much about how sprints insurance works with ppc's or is it the same as any other phone

It worked the same as any other phone for me.
