Hotmail email account, how can I add it?
 

I have had my Mogul for awhile now, and wondering why I cannot add a hotmail account to my email accounts? I was able to do it on my Moto Q 9C very easily through Pocket messenger, does the Mogul have this capability?

You'll have to use windows live. It should be pre-installed on your phone.

Yes but that is via the internet, and I was wondering if it can be done like a normal email account, thank you sir

I had the same problem when I flashed to a custom rom. Try this. Let me know if it fixes your problem.

ok, i'm kind of lost now, i thought mine was/is in my messaging app. I only use the internet to send or receive my messages, but I can read them without being connected to the net.

mine shows up in messaging but says windows live.

It's been a while since I used windows live, but I also thought that once you got it set up it put the account in messaging with your other email accounts. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly.

windows live does use the pocket outlook messaging application.
you just need to use windows live to set up the account.

the nice thing about it is push email and html. not much bad about it although sometimes it will stop sending/receiving mail for awhile.

Does anyone have a fix? It says the zip file is invalid or corrupted. Thanks in advance!
