Re: Mobile Firefox?

Everyone must be using a completely different Skyfire than I.... because I think its the WORST browser I've ever used on my PPC. *scratches head*

Re: Mobile Firefox?

Im gonna have to agree with etherealremnant on this one, I got my skyfire invite a couple days ago and this browser just blows. The webpages load very quickly but it takes forever a fracking day for them to clear up once I zoom in. I uninstalled this morning and went back to opera mobile 9.5

Re: Mobile Firefox?

If Opera Mobile didn't stop loading images all the time, I'd be all about it.

Re: Mobile Firefox?

I have been using skyfire for a week now. Still prefer Opera.

I still think PIE is the worst browser for the Mogul.

It always helps to state what factors led to that conclusion.

Yeah Opera 9.*** rox in my opinion. With limit paragraph turned ON, it's the closest WM browser to the iphones Safari today.

Re: Mobile Firefox?

So, why did this thread change from talking about Firefox for PPC's to skyfire?

Its extremely slow since it downloads the entire page as an image, whenever you go to a page that has plugins, its almost like the browser crashed, and the zoom and smartfit functions don't always work properly.

Don't get me wrong, its a cool browser, but its the worst-performing I've ever seen.
