playing videos

Ok i have a few movies on my phone. The only problem i having is after about every 6 secs. the movie takes a pause. Any way to adjust something so it will be steady play. \

I'm sure the movie was done buffing.

you said the movie was "on your phone" so why would you see a buffer...

i have that, but the movie is in wmv format, does that matter.
