HTC Titan Camera trouble?

For some strange reason, a weird red line developed on all my pictures. I was wondering if this was normal, since I've only had this phone for about 2 months. I thought it was the custom firmware, but I reflashed to stock Sprint 3.35 and it is still there.

Would it be advisable to deal with this at a Sprint store or to talk to Asurion about getting a replacement? I think I'm getting a raw deal if I have to pay $50 for a replacement of a two month old.

i would deal directly with the store, NOT with Asurion.. this is a manuf. defect issue, NOT a drop in the toilet kind of accident..
that line is definitely not normal.

Yeah over here in ct say helllo to a new Mogul for free lol. Yeah that happend to my 6700, its the camera thats bad, i swapped it with a parts 6700 phone that i had and it worked out fine

Hey chuchizwifey, I'm going to go to the Sprint store in Wilshire this weekend to try to get a swap.

Wish me luck, and I'll come back here with the end results.

good luck i have the same issue its pretty well known. I'm gonna cash in on it once my invisible shield wears off. Let us know what happens

I went to the Sprint store Saturday afternoon, and lo and behold, they are gonna call me when my replacement arrives. I really hope it isn't a refurb, but I can't complain since it'll fix my camera troubles. Thank god for that $7 insurance add on. I went there and they authorized a change after checking out the camera on their own.
