Crash - Vito Remote Control - Device.Exe

Has anybody gotten any of the remote control applications to work on the Mogul? Novii Remote wont even start and Vito Remote causes Device.Exe to crash whenever I try to program it with my remote control.

I read something that said the new ROM may have something to do with it.

Since my Mogul came with the new ROM, has anybody had any success with any of the remote control applications with an older ROM or the new ROM?

It's not the new ROM, the IR port on the Mogul isn't supported.

Wow, that doesn't even make sense. Why would it have a IR port that's not able to be used. How the hell does the older 6700 IR port work and the newer 6800 not? Is this a problem with WM6 or just the Mogul?

Does it not work for anything at all or just isnt able to be accessed by the current software at the moment? I guess I'm getting at whether or not Sprint will make it available in the future through a ROM update.

I tried tvremotecontrol from pdawin and it crashes when you pres any remote button. it's the mogul. it worked fine on my g1000 and 6700.
