New User Help

i recently bought a mogul for sprint a couple days ago. I also purchased a brand new OEM battery for it as well. when i try to charge it, the orange light comes on when charging, but when i look at the WM6 battery status screen, it shows 0% no matter what it just keeps saying 0%. could anyone help me out?

Re: New User Help

what does it say when you put the other battery in?

BTW if you really want extended battery power, get the seidio extended battery (with battery cover!) It's awesome!

Re: New User Help

Well that's a bummer, i don't know what to tell you. Are you running the spb software? It has its own battery meter. Maybe it'll be different, maybe the same.

Sorry i couldn't help more. Hopefully someone will answer this.

Re: New User Help

Are you using the OEM charger? I have seen other users state that off-brand chargers can cause your symptoms.

edit: I re-read your post...did you buy the phone new from Sprint, or did you buy it used? If you bought it used, you may have discovered why the seller wanted to sell it. If you bought it new, take it back to Sprint for an exchange.
