Pictures for Today Background Help Needed...

Ok...i have a picture and it's slightly large. I need to find out how to scale down the image so that when I slide the phone closed it will look normal...is there a registry edit i need to make to change the picture too? I can post the picture if anyone needs it to help me.

Just use paint or something similar to resize it to 320x320
