Verizon 6800 - No sound

I just purchased a 6800 for one of my users. Once a day, the sound dies on the unit. She has to reset the device to regain audio. I'm talking NO sound. No notifications, no screen taps, nothing.

Any ideas?

can you provide a little more details ? is it stock ? Have you flashed ? what rom ?
stock ? i'd say take it back to the store for a swap asap.. custom rom ? maybe a reflash.

It's bone stock. I've got SPB Phone Suite installed for her and that's it.

In Phone Suite, profiles are disabled. And even if they were enabled, she doesn't use her calendar at all.
(Now ask me why she even wants this thing?)

Anyway. She just gave me a bit more insight. She states that it seems to happen when she unplugs it from charging over night.
