Figuring out what an error is???
 

Hi all - I am new to the PPC world. I just got a HTC Mogul from Sprint and tried installing several programs on it. Everything was working fine, then I wanted to try Sprint TV. I installed it, following instructions in these forums (didn't see the most updated ones at the time that it didn't work) It launched like it was going to work the I got a Windows has encountered an error do you wish to send it in box. I then removed SPrint TV from Remove Programs. Now, though, whenever, i have to turn my device off and turn it back on I get an error when it loads up and asking me to send it to Microsoft. How do I know what the error is or what is causing it? Is this something to be concerned about? I apologize for being such a newbie but I am hoping i didn't mess anything up too bad in 3 days. Thanks in advance!

not sure if its anything to be concerned about, but try Start, Settings, System; Error Reporting. then turn that crap off! i've had mine turned off since day one, but it might give more information on what the error is there, not sure.
