Straight to Voicemail

So I tried searching, but for some reason keep getting an error message saying I must use at least 3 search words, which I am. Strange... Anways, my problem over the past few days has been that my calls will periodically stop ringing through. The caller will immediately get my voicemail. My phone is not frozen, and the person can still send a text message. My battery DOES run down within an hour in this situation. I can go into ESPT, let the phone reboot, and the problem is fixed... at least for awhile until it randomly decides to stop accepting calls again. Sprint techs seem to not understand what I am talking about when I describe the problem. Are there any known solutions to this, or should I be happy I have TEP and just wait for a replacement? I don't mind doing that, but if it can be fixed without having to worry about missing calls for a week (since this is my only phone), I would rather go that route.

Mines been doing this too.. friends will call multiple times in a row, no ring. sometimes ill get texts hours after theyre sent.

since you have tep just take it to a sprint repair shop and if they're not able to fix it they'll order you a new one. while you're waiting for the new one you'll still be able to keep you're old one til the new one comes in

I had this issue for awhile too. i actually took it into the sprint store and they fixed it telling me that my phone had become disassociated with my account. they just re associated it and it works fine now. i think you might be able to have this issue fixed over the phone it shouldn't be that hard.

I had the same issue. I took it to a sprint store, but they said it was fine after running tests. Then i told them to call my number and it went straight to voicemail. I figured that would be the first test they ran.

Mine is also doing this, it seems to be area sensitive also, and different PRL's have different results
