Data Connection

For starters
HTC 6800
US Cellular
5060 Kitchen

ok, ive searched and tryed about everyting i can think of, even called USCC.

Everything on the phone works except the #777 data connection, it tells me that my username is invalid and pass, went over it with a USCC rep on the phone they had me try everything including EPST

does anyone have a clue on how to make it work again?

Thanks!
Joe

Re: Data Connection

Yes it is the passwords in the setup that are under m.ip settings, clear out hash in shared secret, and may have to reenter user and password there,.

Re: Data Connection

done that over and over........

anyone with a USC titan, could you post your epst info for the various groups (use the epst under the windows folder for ##000000 will only net you the min and msid)

PLEASE! :)
You can use # for where you phone number is

I'm having sort of the same problem, only my phone does not tell me I have anything invalid. I just keep getting "The page cannot be displayed" on IE.

Started happening after I unlocked my PPC6800 and installed nueROM

Re: Data Connection

I had gotten the data error 67 earlier this week and called sprint tech support and they had me change the Secret # as listed above and it worked fine after that. Yesterday I was out and about town and I started getting the error again. had no time to look at it last night but this morning I went in thru my phone setting and did a client initiated iota reset and all is fine. I do not know why it's getting the 67 error or if its the same as you, Good luck.

Re: Data Connection

Ok my problem has been resolved!
I had to change a bunch of settings in my EPST
and i also had to upload a USCC DMU KEY

I plan on making a post later on tonight for USCC with GPS
as well as USCC downgrading
