Re: Why, in the middle of the day, will activesync suddenly run.
yea, not unusual for me either. maybe it has something to do with checking your e-mail? or maybe it just does as stated above.

used to annoy the hell outta me as well
FIX: change your schedule under activesync to "manual" then go start menu, settings , phone, service tab, Time synchronization -> get settings, and uncheck "Time Synchronization with mobile network automatically" |

Re: Why, in the middle of the day, will activesync suddenly run.
Found the answer at xda
1. Download any program TASK Manager/Resco Explorer/Memaid etc. 2. Find the NOTIFICATIONS menu (or Notified Programs). 3. Find <repllog.exe> it will have several types listed. Find the one that says<AppRunAfterTimeChange> 4. Highlight and Delete only this file and not the other two. The only time Activesync should start now is when you sync to your PC. Re: Why, in the middle of the day, will activesync suddenly run.
Where is this "Notifications" folder located? I have been searching and have had no luck so far. I'm assuming it is IN another folder, but which one? I didn't see it in "Windows".
