Well, I don't care if they have papers or not (and I do order my stuff in Spanish) but English is almost dead here. Cross into Santa Ana and it's like a clean version of Mexico.

Again, it's more than a surprise that Sprint is not catering to this market because they used to sell phones to people with consular id's. I guess MetroPCS took care of them as well.
