Phone as modem issues

I have the 6.1 rom that was released by DCD. Whenever I use my phone as modem it drops the connection after a couple of pages loaded. What can be causing my phone or computer to stop seeing the internet connection?

ttt, anyone help me out with this one? I tried a PAM connection today and it's still losing the connection after a few sucessful loads. I can browse on the phone for hours without issue.
