Phone ring through speaker with headset?

Is there anyway to have the phone ring through the speaker, when the headset is attached? Instead of ringing in the headphones. Who wants to drive 6 hours with the headphones in your ears. Or struggle trying to plug up the headset when the phone rings.

Re: Phone ring through speaker with headset?

I use MSVC and set the notifications to "Announce notifications through device speaker or wired headset only". The phone itself rings and I also hear a little chirp in my Bluetooth headset, if I happen to have it on.

Re: Phone ring through speaker with headset?

Thanks for the help guys. According to HTC, the speaker rings at a very low volume when the headset is plugged in. I am just not hearing it in the car.
