What do I have to send back?

So, I just got my first replacement phone... Sadly my Mogul's buttons stopped working after 9 months of operation.

Was wondering if anyone knew what you have to send back with the old phone. Can I rob the cables and the stylus out of it? Can I rob the battery?

What do you guys think?

If you got your replacement throught asurion(insurance), and have gotten a new retail packaged phone, then all you have to send back is the phone itself and the battery.

I just got mine replaced, and the rep told me all I gotta ship back to them was the phone itself plus the battery.

Yup, just the phone & battery. Everything else is yours to keep.

I had a CS rep give me the battery, stylus from my 6700. She asked if I could use an extra battery, I told her sure. Also, I have about 8 cables and chargers because of returning broken phones, each time I go in I ask if they want it back and they always tell me no.
