no2chems nueAudio program

hey anyone (includeing no2chem) I ve been playing around with this program and still cant seem to increase the earpieces volume. What is the setting called? I am afraid to turn everything up for fear that I will blow the speaker. Also what the the 0,1,2,3,4,5 mean..?
