Keypad Light Flickering
 

The right side of the keypad light is flickering, i just got the phone 2 weeks ago, i didnt drop it or anything. any suggestions on what it could be? I have done a soft reset. Is this common? I ordered it from sprint. can i just take it to a sprint store for a replacement, are they going to give me a refurb or a new once since i have only had it for less than 30days?

You should be able to do a 30 day exchange for a new one.

perfect, i will do that tomorrow, have anyone else heard of this occurance?
is it a common problem? I just dont want it to happen again

nope never heard of this without cause, such as dropping etc...
