just tried to make a folder named windows and it says that folder already exists. I went to file explorer and checked show all hidden folders and still nothing...

all I can figure is it "used" to be a business phone, and still has some kind of security enabled to hide the windows folder. weird...not sure how you would fix an issue like that. :scratch:

okay I found the windwos folder on the phone and copied the sound into there. Its still not showing up on the dropdown list for alarm sounds. Ill try a soft reset

Is the file you are putting into the windows folder a .wav or .mid? If not, it won't show up.

cool. and it will take a soft reset to get it to show up like that too. glad you got it sorted out there.
