MOGUL makes a loud "BEEP" from speaker when I make a call
 

Hello,

All of a sudden my MOGUL makes a loud "BEEP" from the rear speaker when I initiate a call. Never heard this before and it is annoying. I had not made any changes to the phone when this started happening... and tried a fer resets...

any help?

Sorry for the duplicate thread... I see some others have the same problem....

I just needed to search for "Annoying sound" .. not "BEEP"

yeah mine has been doing it recently too, i am trying to figure it out.

My phone is still making the BEEP.... I did find out that it also makes the "Beep" sound through the bluetooth headset. The sound does not come from the phone speaker but from the headset itself.

Strange stuff...

Started to notice this about a week or so ago myself. I hardly ever have the speaker on, usually keeping it on vibrate. I don't always notice it, which makes me wonder if it was always there.

But I definitely have the same loud beep wen starting a call. It's strange.

Get ready for a hard reset...
Mine started to do it also one day out of the blue. A few days later I lost all sound and had to reflash my Rom.
Its been a few weeks since and no problems. I still couldn't tell you what/why/how it happened.

I have the same problem too. Just thought it was a custom rom related issue. hmmmm

I had it with a Sprint stock rom.
