Antenna booster

I get a really weak signal at my work building and was wondering if theres an antenna i could buy for my 6800. Theres a rubber black cap on the back of our phones if you havent looked that allows us to plug in an extension.

Sprint makes a repeater device that you can typically find on ebay for about $20-30. I have one in my house that increases the signal as long as the outer antenna is aimed towards the cell site.
