Possibly a stupid question...

When I get a text message, no matter what button I press the ringer keeps on going until its over... I am running No2Chems 5060 rom.

Is it something I am doing wrong? Is there a setting or somewhere to stop ringing once a button is pressed or the screen is tapped?

are you using just very small loops for your sms notify? and it just keeps going?

or are you using like half a song or more,, and it continues to play the whole thing?

Unfortunately, the way the notification system works in WM, the entire length of the file WILL play. You have to cut the file down to, perhaps a 5 second file.

Ahh well thats lame. I have 30sec clips. And every once in a while I will forget to turn the ringer off, and it will go off at work and I hurry to shut it off! But it won't! lol

Is there a way to possibly bind a button to "mute" all sound?
