Help Removing Programs from Mogul

I did a hard reset and after running setup screen I did a soft reset before the dreaded 3 second count down to load Sprintware. I still however have Telenav and Music programs on my phone. I'm sure both are taking up space and I would like to be rid of them. I tried using Total Commander and running the Cabs, but did not see them in thr Add/Remove area. How do I remove these programs?
