No sound from Mogul after using bluetooth

I just picked up a Plantronics 520 BT headset and it paired fine with my Mogul. After disabling the bluetooth to go back the phone, I get no sound what so ever on the phone. No music no tones of any kind, nothing as if the speakers are completely turned off. The only way to get sound back is to do a soft reset. I'm running the latest rom from HTC. Anyone have similar issues.

It did this to me one time too, I reset the phone and it hasn't done it since...

See if it still does this if you manually turn off the bluetooth on the phone.

Do you have SRS WOW installed?
Sounds obvious but did you verify volume level?

Also when posting a problem, ROM version is very helpful.

Same problem here too...

NO SRS installed....and the sound is turned up. I shut off my headset and have to reset the phone to get ANY sound....

turn bluetooth off on the phone before you turn the headset off. That does the trick for me.

By that i mean off in the communication manager first than turn off the actual headset

Bluetooth has always been one of those quirky things for me, even on my 6700. Sometimes you just have to turn it off and back on via comm manager and it will work again. Last night, I couldn't get any sound via bluetooth or the speaker on the phone. A soft reset fixed the problem immediately.
