Touchflo for the pictures
On the iphone when you browse to the pictures you can scroll with your thumb on the screen. IMO that is the best way to browse pictures as many times you are searching for an individual amoung many.

Is there an app for this?

there is also a program out there called slide2view aka s2v i havent tried but ive heard it works nicely.

i found this one somewhere i think was freewereppc.com and i put file there its just like iphone can zoom to but the only thing you got to open it from file explorer but its sweet prog injoy

S2V is the way to go for this. It takes a little while to load big folders of pics but it's a very nice app.
