ie wm6.0 retrieve deleted info?

Is there a way to restore deleted ie info (cookies, temp int files, history) on wm6.0, or perhaps use a program to open the index file? Does the index file hold all of that information?

Any software out there that will track/monitor internet web sites on WM6.0?
