Good Mobile Messaging - Memory Issue

If anyone has any ideas on Good Mobile Messaging please let me know. I have 4.9 and it brings my XV6800 down to 5-7mb. I can kill it, and I go back up to about 18-19, but then it 'phones home' or something and it brings everything to a halt - programs shut down automatically etc. I have removed the 'today' plugin from Good but it still does it.

Yes JiveTalk, i've tried a couple different apps from IM+ to slick and pal, but so far even in alpha I like JiveTalk the best...basically what I'm sayin is just try them out and see which you like best.
